Who we are

A technology products firm built for transportation

Interaxe Technologies is a technology products development firm started in 2012, focused entirely on the transportation domain. It remains an internally funded, founder-led MSME headquartered in Mysuru, Karnataka.

Our core team develops and manages four products under one roof — LifeSupport EMS, Tr-Dynamics, Fleetbook and Interaxe Telematics — a connected suite for real-time transportation operations, built and supported in-house from Mysuru.

Inside Interaxe

Every product on this page is built, tested and supported from this one office — no outsourced teams, no satellite branches.

The Product Suite

Four systems.
One connected fleet.

Each product runs independently or together — sharing the same GPS backbone, MIS reporting logic and mobile-app architecture across ambulances, corporate cabs, school buses and logistics fleets.

01 / EMERGENCY DISPATCH

LifeSupport EMS

A flexible ambulance dispatch management system covering patient intake, ambulance assignment, two-way communication and continuous shift tracking with full MIS reporting.

Originally built as Tr-Dynamics EMS to serve as the Karnataka Government Warroom's (BBMP) backbone ambulance dispatch system during the Covid pandemic — coordinating 1,000+ ambulances and assisting over 1,25,000 patients across Bengaluru, Hubli and Dharwad.

  • Intuitive call-center screens with geocoding & real-time ambulance displays
  • Accurate distance calculation between locations and nearby ambulances
  • Real-time GPS-integrated maps for live ambulance location & status
  • Revenue management, invoicing and response-time MIS reporting
  • Optional live integration with hospital patient-feed systems
MODEL
Centralized

One call center dispatches and tracks every ambulance across a hospital chain.

MODEL
Decentralized

Each medical facility runs its own dispatch control and fleet independently.

MODEL
Combination

Central intake, facility-level assignment — accepted by crews within minutes.

02 / CORPORATE FLEET ROUTING

Tr-Dynamics

A corporate employee transportation management system built around an AI vehicle-routing core — Interaxe's original product, and still the engine behind large-scale staff transport.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise was Tr-Dynamics' first client in 2012; it now runs across HPE's Bengaluru & Pune campuses, Flipkart, Jubilant Biosys and NTT Security, among others.

  • Integrated automatic & manual AI-based route planning
  • Dedicated apps: Employee, Driver, Gate Security & Supervisor
  • Real-time vehicle arrival / departure information displays
  • Deep library of MIS dashboards and operations-control modules
  • Integrates natively with Interaxe Telematics & Fleetbook
03 / DOCUMENT COMPLIANCE

Fleetbook Digital

A one-stop solution for vehicle document compliance — storage, retrieval and expiry tracking for fleet operators across trucking, ambulance, cab and corporate vehicle domains.

  • Fleet inventory MIS with document soft-copy management
  • Automated document expiry alerts
  • Site-level access & client login for contracted fleets
  • Document approval / rejection workflow
  • Hosted on a secure VPC — SSL 256-bit, documents stored only in-database

Built on Microsoft .NET and MS SQL, with regular managed backups — widely used by large fleet providers and Fortune 500 companies.

04 / GPS & TRACKING

Interaxe Telematics

Our GPS solutions arm — customized hardware, panic switches and immobilizers from Concox, paired with best-in-class tracking software partnerships, for corporates, hospitals, schools and logistics fleets.

  • Corporate fleets of cabs and buses
  • School buses, with a dedicated mobile app for parents
  • Ambulance fleets, integrated with LifeSupport EMS
  • Logistics & long-haul trucking fleets

Devices map to GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou or India's own IRNSS constellation depending on deployment — with SMS, email and in-app alerting built in.

During the Covid-19 crisis — when supply, medical infrastructure and human resources were all in short supply — Interaxe Technologies handled the largest volume of ambulance dispatch in Bengaluru, assisting more than 1,20,000 patients through its EMS solution. Below is an excerpt of Kriteen Nagesh's interview with CEO Insights.

Define Interaxe Technologies as an organization and its position in the market. What is its USP that draws the line between its competitors?

Interaxe Technologies is a dynamic organization with skills that other organizations cannot match. The three main features of our products are their supreme quality, innovation, and agility. We have market-leading products like Tr-Dynamics Life Support EMS, which is an Ambulance Dispatch Solution for the Healthcare and Emergency Services sector, Fleetbook, which is a Fleet Document Compliance & Storage Solution for Fleet Providers, Interaxe LTS, which is a Global Positioning Solution for Fleets, and Tr-Dynamics Advanced for Corporate Transport, to name a few.

What role did Interaxe Technologies play during the pandemic?

Bangalore saw massive hospitalizations during the pandemic, and the government infrastructure was under immense pressure. We, as an OEM, deployed our Tr-Dynamics EMS ambulance dispatch solution in the city. The system became the backbone of more than 800+ ambulance fleet and was instrumental in ambulatory transfers of about 1,20,000 patients during the crisis. It was directly integrated into the central bed allocation system, and ambulances were equipped with technology to provide real-time patient status updates that were monitored in the Covid war room. We also deployed our solution in dispatching ambulances and hearse vans for the cremation task force during the second wave — helping thousands of families under such pressure on the healthcare infrastructure.

Tell us about your method of keeping the company ahead of competition. What's been the success mantra that helped you overcome hurdles?

Being the CEO of the company, I am hands-on with the products we build, own and deploy. Our team is driven by exceptional knowledge and domain experience. The agility with which we can tweak our products to match a client's requirements quickly keeps us ahead. We are a bootstrapped organization, which keeps us free to focus on products and quality. My ability to see a problem and immediately productize a solution for the industry as a whole — instead of a custom project for a particular client — keeps me ahead of my competitors.

What would be your advice to budding entrepreneurs starting anew in this domain, and what are your anticipations for the next few years?

Budding entrepreneurs in transportation technology need to follow their passion for EVs, Drone Tech, IoT and connected cars. They must be unique in their approach and practically adopt new technologies to make their product efficient and agile. They must always target a wide platter of segments, so a downturn in one won't wipe them out. In the next few years, companies will adapt to more technology and AI-based systems and solutions — with EVs, drones, self-drive vehicles and connected cars, we have an exciting future ahead.

A podcast about our products

"How Interaxe Built Bangalore's Covid War Room" — an independently produced deep-dive podcast episode walking through the LifeSupport EMS deployment behind Bengaluru's BBMP Covid war room, and the wider product ecosystem behind it.

In this episode
  • How a Mysuru-based MSME — not a big tech giant — ended up running dispatch for Bengaluru's Covid war room, coordinating 1,000+ ambulances and the city's cremation task force in parallel
  • Why LifeSupport EMS shares its core dispatch engine with Tr-Dynamics, Interaxe's original corporate-transport product
  • How Interaxe Telematics' GPS hardware supports India's NavIC satellite system alongside GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo — and why that matters for signal reliability in dense Indian cities
  • Why owning the full stack — dispatch, telematics and compliance — meant Interaxe didn't go blind when third-party tracking APIs failed elsewhere during the pandemic
  • The case for domain-specialist engineering over generic platforms in life-critical infrastructure
